Acts of Service - Lillian Fishman

Acts of Service - Lillian Fishman

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Review: I LOVED this book. Devoured it in a day. Would recommend to everyone! This book explores themes of power, sexuality, consent all through the eyes of our queer 20-something lead, Eve. Every line in this book felt necessary and although most of the plot was based around Eve’s own thoughts and reflections, it was never dull. I am shocked that this is a debut novel! Really would recommend wholeheartedly.

Synopsis: A provocative debut of sex and sexuality as a twentysomething New Yorker pursues a sexual freedom that follows no other lines than her own desire. If sex is a truth-teller, Eve--a young, queer woman in Brooklyn--is looking for answers.
